Active Head MINI

Compact and lightweight 3 axis head. The MINI model was developed especially for ALEXA MINI size or smaller movie cameras, can be used also with compact broadcast cameras. Main achievement - Active Head MINI doesn’t have any mechanical limits for TILT and ROLL. It can do 360 by TILT and ROLL as many times as it needs to do. Due to the fact the Active Head MINI doesn’t have any interconnection cables for TILT and ROLL, as well It has neither cables nor sliprings inside TILT and ROLL frames, it performs the highest level of reliability.

SteelBoy is a new generation of camera cranes. SteelBoy being lighter and easy to dismantle and reassemble is ideal for use on small and large sound stages, also because of its rigidity it is perfect for usage on a tracking vehicle. The crane can be mounted to any platform via standard Mitchell flat base. The crane can take power from AC or DC (battery) sources.

Moviebird 52

The MB52 is an extended version of MB45 mostly suitable for TV studio as this crane maximum load is up to 40kg. MB52 has the same dolly ‚footprint’ as the smaller MB30 crane. Owing to the cranes small weight and size when disassembled it can be transported in a standard 16 ton truck or a bespoke trailer.

Moviebird 50XL

Despite the similar reach to the MB52 it’s a totally different crane. The MB50 was designed from the start to handle very heavy head packages (maximum nose load is 80 kg). It’s much stiffer than the MB52 and MB45. Despite it’s reach of 50ft it’s still a very compact crane when retracted, easy to transport and move around on the film set.
